SKYPE: it was founded in 2003 by Niklas Zennström and Janus Friis and a team of software developers based in Tallinn, Estonia.  It is software that allows users to make telephone calls over the Internet.

USABILITY

-          Key Features: several people can use Skype at a time up to a maximum of 25 people. However the quality of it User interface is very good. It allows chats and documents sharing. Here are lists of it features;

o   Skype In- this allows Skype users to receive calls on their computers dialed by regular phone subscribers to a local Skype phone number.
