Team Name:  Social Connected

 

Abstract:                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

     This project is created for the purpose that of enabling all people in the organization                                                                

to get connected. We are delivering the tool which is called " Social Connected" to the workplace.                                                                            

Hopefully, this tool is going to help those workers to facilitate their works successfully.

Meeting Time: every wednesday around 10.15 pm. til 11.15 pm.

            1st meeting on 23th september:

  • appropriate meeting time, create our logo, how to accomplish our project.                                                                                                                        

           2nd meeting on 30th september:

  • brainstorming ideas and ended up with 12 activities by using Mindmeister tool.

            3rd meeting on 7th october:

  • brainstorming ideas and making dimensions by using Mindmeister tool.
  • and share our informations in the GooGle Docs.
  •  We ended up our meeting with top six activities.                                                 

            4th meeting on 14th october:

  •  make discussion about how to make use cases, end up with 4 use cases.

         5th meeting on 21th october:

  • brainstorming ideas how to improve the use cases, including grammar and spelling checking.

            6th meeting on 28th october:

  • make a software list.
  • ended up with the list of 20 software.

            7th meeting on 4th november:

  •  make a selection of the speakers for the upcoming presentation on 16th november.
  •  talked about how to put our works in the wikipedia.

             8th meeting on 11th november:

  •  talked about what should be on the power point
  • how to post our works on wikipedia
  • the upcoming presentation
